For those having trouble with the download you need
Adobe Acrobat Reader which almost everyone has on their
computers because most software comes with it to read
the instruction manuals, and it is a standard format for
document sharing. If you don't have it - it is a free
program you can down load from
www.adobe.com by clicking on the download button for
adobe reader.
